Last Updated: May 2, 2026

Welcome to HARRIER. By accessing or using the HARRIER website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services. HARRIER LLC ("we", "us", or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and we will notify you of any significant changes.

2. Medical Disclaimer

HARRIER is not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical advice. The training plans, AI-generated insights, and physiological metrics (like HRV, pace, and power) provided by the Services are for informational and recreational purposes only.

  • You should always consult with a physician before beginning any new exercise or training program.
  • If you experience pain, severe fatigue, or discomfort while training, you must stop immediately and seek medical attention.
  • We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from following the training plans provided by HARRIER.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of HARRIER, including Coach Analytics and Advanced Athlete periodization, require a paid subscription. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings or Apple Subscriptions (if purchased via the App Store).
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering. If you are a Coach using HARRIER, you are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate consent from your athletes to view their training data.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HARRIER LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
