At HARRIER LLC ("HARRIER", "we", "us", "our"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data of the athletes and coaches who trust us with their training data. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and share your data, particularly your health and fitness information.

1. Information We Collect

To provide you with personalized training plans and analytics, we collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, password, and subscription payment details (processed securely via Stripe).
  • Health & Fitness Data: Heart rate, Heart Rate Variability (HRV), pace, GPS routes, running power, step cadence, and other physiological metrics. This data is synced directly via Apple HealthKit, Garmin Connect, Coros, and Fitbit APIs.
  • Device & Usage Data: Information about your interactions with the App, device type, operating system, and IP address for diagnostic and security purposes.

2. How We Use Your Health Data

Your training data is the core of HARRIER. We use Health & Fitness Data strictly for the following purposes:

  • Personalized Training: To dynamically adjust and periodize your weekly running plan based on your actual fatigue and performance markers.
  • Coach Analytics: If you are part of a team, your coach will have access to your compliance, mileage, and generalized readiness scores. Detailed physiological data (like raw HRV) is obfuscated and only presented as actionable recovery flags.

Crucially: We do NOT use your Health Data for advertising or marketing. We will NEVER sell your Health Data to third-party data brokers.

3. Apple HealthKit Integration

HARRIER integrates with Apple HealthKit. Information accessed via HealthKit is stored securely and processed solely to provide our training algorithms. We do not use HealthKit data for advertising, nor do we sell HealthKit data to third parties. You maintain full control over what data HARRIER can read from or write to Apple Health via your device settings.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated training data at any time.

  • To delete your data, navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account within the App or Web Dashboard.
  • Upon deletion, all raw health data and personal identifiers will be permanently removed from our active servers within 30 days.

5. Security

We employ Zero Trust architecture, end-to-end (E2E) validation via Zod, and mTLS across all our microservices to ensure your data is secure in transit and at rest. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
